Who we serve
White Glove ASLP handles licensing for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, SLPAs and clinical fellows, from a first license to licenses in other states and ASLP Compact privileges. You apply for each privilege yourself, so we prepare you and sit with you while you do. Payer enrollment and billing are handled by our White Glove sister teams.
The ASLP Compact
ASLP Compact Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you spend anything: whether your home state is issuing privileges (four are, as of October 2026), whether your license, degree and record qualify, which target states are live, and which add a jurisprudence exam. Where a privilege will not work, we tell you which license will. Credited in full toward the privilege concierge or your license application if you go ahead.
Compact Privilege Concierge, First State
$299 per privilege
You apply, sign the attestations and pay the Commission and state fees yourself in CompactConnect, so we do everything around it: the eligibility audit, the FBI background check through your home board, jurisprudence prep, a guided session with you at the keyboard, and renewal tracking.
Each Additional Compact Privilege
$149 per privilege
More privileges in the same session. Once your home file is verified, each extra state is mostly its fee and any jurisprudence exam, so it costs less.
State Licenses
License by Endorsement (SLP or Audiologist)
$599 per state
For speech-language pathologists and audiologists licensed in another state. We send your Praxis scores and verifications, check the state's extra requirements, and file the application end to end.
Full State License Application (SLP or Audiologist)
$749 per state
For first full licenses and for states such as California, Texas, New York and Illinois that are not in the compact. We screen your degree, Praxis scores, clinical fellowship and record before you pay a non-refundable fee, then file and carry the board correspondence.
Clinical Fellowship & Provisional License
$349 per state
Most states license a clinical fellow separately before the full license, with a supervision plan the board approves. We file it, track your fellowship hours against the state's rules and set up the move to the full license.
SLPA License or Registration
$399 per state
For speech-language pathology assistants in states that license or register them, including the supervising SLP's paperwork many boards require before you start work.
Exams and Credentials
Jurisprudence & State Law Exam Support
$249 per state
Several states test SLPs and audiologists on their own practice act, for a license or a compact privilege. We register you, prepare you on that state's rules and file the result.
Hearing Aid Dispensing License Add-On
$349 per state
Many states require audiologists who fit and sell hearing aids to hold a dispensing license or registration on top of the audiology license. We check the state's rule and file it alongside your license.
School Credential Add-On
$249 per state
Many states require a separate education-department credential for SLPs in public schools, and a compact privilege does not replace it. We file it alongside your state license.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$299 per license, per year
Every license renews on its own date with its own continuing competence rules, and compact privileges renew with your home license. We keep one calendar for all of them, log CE against each state's requirements and file ahead of every deadline.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing and the FBI check a compact privilege needs.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized forms and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, notarized forms, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, ETS, ASHA and the Compact Commission and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- Praxis score reports: ETS charges for each additional score report sent to a board; the exams move to PSI, an ETS subsidiary, on January 11, 2027.
- ASHA fees: certification and annual dues, if you hold or want the CCC.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- Compact fees: the Commission fee and each state's privilege fee, paid by you in CompactConnect.
- Official transcripts: charged by your graduate program; most boards require them sent directly.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
