Can an SLP or audiologist licensed elsewhere get a Wyoming license by endorsement?
The board may waive the exam and license an SLP or audiologist who holds a current license from a state, DC or territory with equivalent standards. It may also waive the exam for anyone holding national clinical certification, such as the ASHA CCC, in the area applied for.

How do clinical fellows get licensed in Wyoming?
A provisional license for the clinical fellowship year lasts 12 months and can be renewed once for 12 more. You need everything but the clinical experience, a written agreement with a Wyoming-licensed supervisor, and a Wyoming job offer or search. CE rules still apply during the fellowship.

School-limited license for former speech or hearing specialists in Wyoming
Holders of a teaching board speech or hearing specialist certificate employed by a school district on or before July 1, 2020 can be licensed without the usual degree and exam, but only for public schools and state-funded developmental disability programs.

How often does a Wyoming SLP or audiology license renew?
Every license expires December 31 each year, and the renewal must be postmarked by that date. Licensees who never had a criminal history background check must complete one with their next renewal.
